WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
